Overview

If "Reserve line only for listed users/groups" is checked under the Users tab, even if it is greyed out, it will be acknowledged as an active setting. When sending out faxes, certain lines will never send fax. In the logs, the following appears:

Resolution

1. Open the GFI FAXmaker configuration
2. Select Lines/Devices > Properties
3. Choose any line not working from Properties
4. Go to the Users tab
5. Check the box for "Listed users/groups can send on this line"
6. Uncheck the box for "Reserve line only for listed users/groups"
7. Check the box at the top, "All users/groups can send on this line"
8. Restart the GFI FAXmaker Server service.
