How does group licensing work in GFI FaxMaker?

From the GFI FaxMaker 'Licensed Users' section, it is possible to add groups apart from single users.

While a single user consumes one user license, when adding a group of users, there are some other considerations:

• When in Active Directory mode, FaxMaker only accepts Active Directory Security Groups for use as licensed users.  
• GFI FaxMaker will add all mail-enabled users that are members of this group
• If a group has an email bound to it, this will not consume a license

Example: A group named Fax Group is mail-enabled and has 5 other mail-enabled users as members. When added into the 'Licensed Users' section, this will consume 5 licences not 6.
