Problem Summary

Customer uses etherFAX and stops receiving incoming faxes They may also receive emails stating that they have faxes waiting to download-but the faxes do not download

How to Identify

Confirm the customer is using etherFAX Gather logs: -Check the etherfaxstatuschecker log for the following error #00000e8c","#00000d64","info ","EtherFaxStatusChecker","Unread fax found, status result:21

Workaround / Fix Details

Open a case with etherFAX support (support@etherfax.net) Advise them that there is a fax stuck in the queue with status result 21 that needs to be removed
