Overview

While exporting Calendars to other providers (Outlook, Exchange, etc), the account Calendar data can be transferred manually to .ics extension. The file is using the iCalendar protocol, that contains all calendar events and appointments' information added to the specific Kerio Connect account.

Prerequisites

Username and password of the Kerio Connect account

Solution

1. Open Webmail and click Integration with a device (Windows, Mac, Linux).
   
2. Click See other options -> under Setup your PC manually -> Microsoft Outlook -> click Download .ics file.
   
   Note: the Download .ics file procedure for Google Calendar is similar. More information is available in How to view a Kerio Connect Calendar in Google Calendar.
3. Enter the account credentials - username and password.
   
4. Confirm the action for the downloaded file - Open or Save.
   

Testing

Open the .ics file with your calendar provider application, in this example, we are using Outlook: the calendar appears under Other Calendars section.
