Overview
- This article shares the process for configuring the 'Free/Busy' option in Microsoft Outlook.
- This will enable you to see the availability of all users when creating meetings on the Outlook Calendar.
- Please note that your Outlook must be configured for EAS syncing with the Kerio Connect to configure this 'Free/Busy' option.
Process
After creating the EAS profile in your Outlook follow these steps to configure the free or busy Calendar URL in Microsoft Outlook:
- In Outlook, go to File > Options > Calendar > Free/Busy Options.
- Type your calendar address in the Search location field in the following format:
https://<_server_address>/freebusy/%SERVER%/%NAME%
- For example,
https://mail.feelmorelaw.com:443/freebusy/%SERVER%/%NAME%
- For example,
- Save your settings.
- Your Microsoft Outlook is synchronized with the Exchange ActiveSync protocol to see the Free or Busy information for all users when creating meetings on the calendar.
