Workaround / Fix Details

Edit the MailEssentials\Antispam\config. mdb file in the au_settings table. Set the value of consec_failures to 3. Replace the config.mdb and restart all the GFI services. Upgrade to latest build of GFI MailEssentials 2015 or Later
