Problem Summary
When customer has Spamrazer module enabled, the submission queue or MailQueue will build up until Spamrazer is disabled.

How to Identify
While the submission queue is build up - disable the Spamrazer module from filtering. If the queue starts to clear, allow it to clear then re-enable to verify that the module is causing the delay. -The spamrazer log will show a delay of about 2-3 seconds filtering each email which causes the queue to build up. Log Location: \GFI\MailEssentials\Antispam\DebugLogs. Log name: ase_spamrazer.gfi_log.txt
Workaround / Fix Details
After verifying the issue is spamrazer send customer the patch. http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140627/ME2014_R2_PATCH_20140925_882.zip If issue persists after applying the patch, gather logs and escalate.
