Email read receipts are received empty when mailbox forwarding is enabled

Problem Summary

User A is sending an email with a read receipt request to user B. User A has mailbox forwarded to another contact in Exchange. User B is receiving the email, reading it and sending the confirmation. User A is receiving a confirmation with an empty body.

How to Identify

As per Problem Summary adding that it only happens while ME is enabled. Both the email and the confirmation email can be seen in the MailEssentials Dashboard as scanned OK. Disclaimers are also not being used. The issue is caused by a bug in the gfiscans.exe module which is saving emails when it should not touch them.
