How to Identify

After upgrading to 2015 two sets of services exist. Services.msc lists: GFI Archiver Core Service GFI Archiver IMAP Service GFI Archiver Import Service GFI Archiver Search Service GFI Archiver Store Service GFI Archiver VSS Writer Service GFI MailArchiver Core Service GFI MailArchiver Core2 Service GFI MailArchiver IMAP Service GFI MailArchiver Import Service GFI MailArchiver Search Service GFI MailArchiver Store Service GFI MailArchiver VSS Writer Service Note: This should not be a common situation. Many customer upgraded successfully already without facing this issue.

Required Actions

Understand exactly how the customer performed the installation / upgrade. For example: Which steps did the customer take? Did the customer install into the existing installation folder or to another folder? From which version did the customer upgrade from? Collect all data / logging that could be interesting (e.g. TS files, event logs, installations logs etc.) Escalate
