Overview

This article describes the issue and its resolution, which occurs after upgrading from version 6, and the following error is shown:

Unable to get value of the property 'childNodes'

The browser continues to show the webpage of version 6.

• All supported environments

Root Cause

The browser still holds some cached information from version 6 and is still trying to display it.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, clear the browser cache.
