Error: 'Cannot retrieve the folder structure' when the Outlook Connector synchronizes email headers

PROBLEM

When the GFI Archiver Outlook Connector synchronizes header data of a mailbox the process fails with the error:
 
Cannot retrieve the folder structure

The debug log logmartransport.csv reads:
 
"error  ","logmartransport","HeadersSyncTask::ProcessFolders  GetFoldersList did not returned any folder"
"error  ","logmartransport","HeadersSyncTask::Execute Processing the folders failed"

ENVIRONMENT

  • GFI Archiver
  • Any supported environment

SOLUTION

Archive at least 1 email into the GFI Archiver mailbox which triggers the error within the Outlook Connector.

CAUSE

The mailbox within GFI Archiver contains no folders.
Choose files or drag and drop files
