Problem Summary

With binary folders (bix files) being store on a WORM storage device (Write Once Read Many) archive store related pages do not load properly or extremely slow.

How to Identify

- Customer has Archive Stores mounted into MARC that have their binary folder on a WORM storage device (Write Once Read Many) * - The archive store pages load very slowly or not at all - Archival might be affected too * e.g. a device like this: EMC Centera (http://uk.emc.com/archiving/centera.htm) There are no specific debug log entries that could clearly identify this situation.

Workaround / Fix Details

Upgrade to 20131111 or newer and add the following key to ..\MailArchiver\Store\Data\product.config: Restart the MARC services
