Overview

The Mac operating system is not displayed when scanning a computer.

If the Kernel has a longer length than 50 characters, the operating system, host, and Kernel will not be saved on the scan result.

Root Cause

This is a product defect which has been resolved in LanGuard 2012 SR1.

Resolution

Download and install the LanGuard 20120808_01 patch or upgrade to LanGuard 2012 SR1 to resolve this issue.
