Overview

The scan completes successfully and detects missing patches. However, when attempting to deploy the machines, the needed updates are not listed in the Remediation Center.

When remediating patches, the computer list stays empty, and the next window displays a message similar to the following:

You are about to deploy 0 patches to 0 computer

LanGuard 2011 build 20110509

Root Cause

This is a product defect which has been resolved in LanGuard 2012 SR1 release.

Resolution

Please upgrade to the version LanGuard 2012 SR1 or higher to resolve this issue.
