Windows Firewall Is Not Recognized by GFI LanGuard on Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012

Overview

GFI LanGuard reports that the integrated firewall in Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 is not supported.

 

Resolution

A patch was released via Program Updates. The fix was included in GFI LanGuard 2014 and later versions.
