Overview

The user opens the Software tab in GFI LanGuard on a Mac OS X machine and sees the following message:

There is no data available in this category for your current selection!

Information

• This behavior is expected due to the way this feature functions in GFI LanGuard for checking missing patches in the Mac OS X. 
  
  
• The checking process for software only returns details of any updates that are missing and does NOT list all updates or software that are already installed.
