SOLUTION

Avoid using Firebird database in a production environment. Switch and configure an SQL server database for GFI WebMonitor by following the online help:

Note:

We recommend using the SQL “SA” account for authenticating with the SQL database in GFI WebMonitor to avoid connection issues.

CAUSE

The Firebird embedded database has different Database consistency checks and in-memory capabilities and has significantly lower performance than a database from SQL server.
