How to Identify

When trying to send a file using wetransfer.com, it will get to 100%, sit like that for a little with status "Less than a minute remaining", then it goes to Retrying and goes through the process again. It keeps doing that until you cancel it and the files are not sent. Issue can be reproduced on Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox.
