Chinese characters in report title not displayed properly when displaying a report

Problem Summary

When you run a report, the report title on top of the page does not display Chinese characters correctly. However the title is displayed correctly in the actual report.

How to Identify

Ask the customer for a screenshot of the report displayed in the UI. You will notice that the report title in the heading has garbled text. The title in the actual report however contains the correct Chinese characters.
