Overview

Printed documents with the NetPrintQueue2Fax printer do not appear on the GFI FaxMaker server.

Environment

• GFI FaxMaker
• All supported platforms

Root Cause

A Group Policy settings issue.  

Resolution

• Verify whether the Group Policy 'Printer > Print jobs proceed on the server' is disabled.
• If so, please activate this option.
