Overview
Users experience that outbound faxes fail during conversion and display an error 1801 message.

Root Cause
The FaxMaker services do not have enough permissions to complete document conversion with the default printer.
Resolution
Set the FaxMaker services to run under the domain\administrator account or a services account with local administrative privileges. Do not use the default local account.
