How to Identify

A significant number of outbound faxes fail with the error: "Generic error" or "A timeout occurred" . The ISDNxbY.log file indicate that the root cause of these errors are: "Unable to convert to SFF". Environment is: GFI FaxMaker 2014 with Bintec RT1202. Bintec contains latest firmware.
