PROBLEM

The header stamp set by GFI FaxMaker does not appear on the outbound fax received by the recipient.

ENVIRONMENT

• GFI FaxMaker
• Bintec RT1202

SOLUTION

1. Open the Bintec configuration
2. Go to Local Services > CAPI Server
3. Select Options
4. Disable the Faxheader
5. Save the changes

CAUSE

The Bintec router overrides by default the header stamp set by GFI FaxMaker.
