How to Identify

Since upgrade to GFI FaxMaker 2015 when mass faxes are sent using NPQ2F printer, the fax error reports "No recipient found" do not contain the converted .fax file, hence the user is unable to identify which of the fax jobs failed as the attached .fax file is misisng. The customer was able to prove that in GFI FaxMaker 2013 such error reports contained a .fax file. We were able to reproduce the issue inhouse.
