Overview

GFI FaxMaker ships with its own internal PDF converter to render and convert PDF attachments. Follow the instructions provided below to enable it.

Process

1. Within FaxMaker, go to Configuration > Advanced > Document Conversion.
2. Open the Properties
3. If PDF is listed under the file extension list for allowed conversion, click on it to select and then use the Remove button.
4. Accept the changes by clicking OK.
   
   

1. Restart the FaxMaker FaxServer service.
