RDT Files Are Not Removed When Malware Emails Are Deleted from the Quarantine UI

Overview

When Malware emails are previewed and deleted from within the GFI MailEssentials Quarantine UI, their associated RDT files are not removed from the RawData folder.

Other symptoms include the RawData folder growing large and does not match the size of the quarantine in the UI. The following errors may be found in the QSSRawDataDalFBF.log log file:

Install Directory\GFI\MailEssentials\EmailSecurity\DebugLogs error ","QSSRawDataDalFBF","error:deleteRawData.....EXCEPTION The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\ContentSecurity\MailSecurity\QuarStoreFB\rawdata\45c97438-3991-4a22-9a37-12671abb4e27.rdt' because it is being used by another process." error ","QSSRawDataDalFBF","error:deleteRawData.....EXCEPTION The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\ContentSecurity\MailSecurity\QuarStoreFB\rawdata\d80b46d0-fe6b-498c-965b-745ad6cb9719.rdt' because it is being used by another process."
