How to Identify

Customer will approach Tech Support stating only a couple of recipients receive the email released from Quarantine. Customer might also mention the patch was already applied, but started happening again after a MailEssentials upgrade.

Workaround / Fix Details

- This was fixed with patch GFIME-804 in Version 20 Build 20151118 - Patch was include in version 20.1 Build 20160420, however does not seem to be working for some customers - We are still investigating, there are no workaround/fix at the moment.

Required Actions

- Update case subject to: KI - Quar released email not delivered to all recipients - Assign case to PSG
