PROBLEM

The following error appears in event logs:
 
Event ID 9999
Plugin LogScheduler reports exception.
ERROR.Logging.CriticalFailureRequireReload. 
Additional info: Failed to enumerate directory, err: 267 

ENVIRONMENT

  • GFI Archiver
  • All supported environments

SOLUTION

  1. Check that the folder exists: ..\GFI\Archiver\Core\Queue
  2. If the folder does not exist, create it and restart the GFI Archiver services

CAUSE

The mentioned folder is not accessible.
