The below error message is displayed when downloading the wsusscn2 from Program Updates.

Root Cause

Process

1. Close the GFI LanGuard interface.
2. Stop the GFI LanGuard Attendant service.
3. Browse the folder C:\ProgramData\GFI\LanGuard XX\
4. Edit the file toolcfg_updates.xml using the Notepad.
5. Navigate to the section that begins with a <Options> tag.
6. Add the following line:
   <Option Name="ConnectionTimeout">600000</Option>
7. After making the appropriate changes, save the toolcfg_updates.xml file and close it.
8. Start the GFI LanGuard Attendant service.
