Problem Summary
Minimum length of search term used in the GFI MailEssentials Quarantine Search Folders page is down to 3 characters, creating a working GFI MailEssentials Quarantine Search folder (as seen in NDRs, <>) is not possible any more.

How to Identify
If the GFI MailEssentials is version 20140627 or beyond, the search and search folders will not work for search items shorter than 3 characters. The QuarWeb log file shows the following error: "error ","QuarWeb","ERROR[Q5]: ESE.JetException: Jet Make Key JET_errIndexTuplesKeyTooSmall, specified key does not meet minimum tuple length ; ;Server stack trace: ; at ESE.ESE_Engine.SeekItemStringW(Int32 sessid, Int32 tableid, String indexname, String s) ... This is a limitation of the used Jet Blue databases.
Workaround / Fix Details
No fix at the moment, it is working as designed.
